Banking advisor - Leysin branch
BCV is seeking a banking advisor for its branch in Leysin to advise and assist clients, as well as manage the teller window and ATMs. The ideal candidate will have training in banking, experience in customer service, and a good command of French and English.
Tasks
- Collaborate with several agencies in the region
- Greet customers, guide them through the open-plan branch, and train them in the use of the tools available (particularly e-banking and ATMs).
- Determine their needs and identify their potential, advise them on various day-to-day management products, or refer them to a specialist advisor.
- Manage a cash register and ATMs independently
Requirements
- Banking or commercial training
- Experience in customer service, ideally with a financial institution
- Knowledge of basic banking products and services
- Relationship-building skills, business acumen, teamwork, willingness to relocate
- Perfect command of French and good knowledge of English
