Banking advisor - Leysin branch
Banque Cantonale Vaudoise (BCV) is looking for a banking advisor for its branch in Leysin to advise and support customers and offer a wide range of banking services. The ideal candidate will have training in banking, experience in customer contact, and a good knowledge of French and English.
Tasks
- Collaborate with several agencies in the region
- Greet customers, guide them through the open-plan branch, and train them in the use of the tools available (particularly e-banking and ATMs).
- Determine their needs and identify their potential, advise them on various day-to-day management products, or refer them to a specialist advisor.
- Manage a cash register and ATMs independently
Requirements
- Banking or commercial training
- Experience in customer service, ideally with a financial institution
- Knowledge of basic banking products and services
- Interpersonal skills, commercial aptitude, team spirit, geographical mobility
- Perfect command of French and good knowledge of English
