Banque Cantonale Vaudoise (BCV) is looking for a Conseillère or Conseiller bancaire to advise clients, identify their needs and recommend suitable banking products. The position involves independently managing a cash desk and assisting clients in various branches in the region.

Conseillère or Conseiller bancaire
Tasks
- Cooperation in several branches in the region
- Reception of customers, orientation in the open area of the branch and training in the use of tools provided (in particular e-banking and ATMs)
- Identification of customer needs and potential, advice on various ongoing administration products or referral to specialized consultants
- Autonomous management of a cash register and ATMs
Requirements
- Banking or commercial training
- Experience in customer service, ideally at a financial institution
- Knowledge of basic banking products and services
- Relational skills, commercial aptitude, team spirit, geographical mobility
- Perfect command of French and good knowledge of English (a plus)
