We are looking for a new colleague for our Retail division:
Conseillère or Conseiller bancaire
Tasks
- Collaborer au sein de plusieurs agences de la région,
- Welcoming clients, orienting them in the agency's open space and training them in the use of the tools available (especially e-banking and ATMs),
- Déterminer leurs besoins et détecter leur potentiel, leur conseiller divers produits de gestion courante ou les orienter vers un conseil spécialisé,
- Gérer de manière autonome une caisse ainsi que les bancomats.
Requirements
- Formation bancaire ou commerciale,
- Experience in customer service, ideally at a financial institution,
- Connaissance des produits et prestations bancaires de base à tout,
- Aisance relationnelle, aptitudes commerciales, esprit d'équipe, mobilité géographique,
- Perfect command of French and good knowledge of English, in all areas.
