Tasks

Your main responsibilities:

• collaborate within several agencies in the region,
• welcome customers, guide them through the branch’s open-plan area, and train them in the use of the tools provided (including online banking and ATMs),
• determine their needs and identify their potential, advise them on various day-to-day management products or refer them to a specialist advisor,
• Manage a cash register and ATMs independently.

Requirements

Your profile:

• formation bancaire ou commerciale,
• Experience in customer service, ideally at a financial institution,
• knowledge of basic banking products and services for everyone,
• interpersonal skills, sales aptitude, team spirit, willingness to relocate,
• Fluency in French and a good knowledge of English are required; knowledge of English is a plus.
