Banque Cantonale Vaudoise (BCV) is seeking a Banking Advisor for its Retail Division to advise and assist customers. The ideal candidate will have a background in banking, experience in customer service, and a good command of French and English.

Your main responsibilities:- collaborate within several agencies in the region,
- welcome customers, guide them through the branch’s open-plan area, and train them in the use of the tools provided (including online banking and ATMs),
- determine their needs and identify their potential, advise them on various day-to-day management products or refer them to a specialist advisor,
- Manage a cash register and ATMs independently.
Requirements
Your profile:- formation bancaire ou commerciale,
- Experience in customer service, ideally at a financial institution,
- knowledge of basic banking products and services for everyone,
- interpersonal skills, sales aptitude, team spirit, willingness to relocate,
- fluent in French and has a good command of English, among other things.
