Tasks

• Collaborate with several agencies in the region
• Greet customers, guide them through the open-plan branch, and train them in the use of the tools available (particularly e-banking and ATMs).
• Determine their needs and identify their potential, advise them on various day-to-day management products, or refer them to a specialist advisor.
• Manage a cash register and ATMs independently

Requirements

• Banking or commercial training
• Experience in customer service, ideally with a financial institution
• Knowledge of basic banking products and services
• Interpersonal skills, commercial aptitude, team spirit, geographical mobility
• Fluency in French and a good knowledge of English are a plus
