Tasks

Your main responsibilities:

• collaborate within several agencies in the region,
• welcome customers, guide them through the open-plan branch and train them in the use of the tools available (in particular e-banking and ATMs),
• determine their needs and identify their potential, advise them on various day-to-day management products or refer them to a specialist advisor,
• Manage a cash register and ATMs independently.

Requirements

Your profile:

• formation bancaire ou commerciale,
• experience in customer service, ideally with a financial institution,
• knowledge of basic banking products and services for everyone,
• interpersonal skills, commercial aptitude, team spirit, geographical mobility,
• Perfect command of French and good knowledge of English, in all areas.
