BCV is looking for a Conseillère or Conseiller bancaire who will work in several Agences in the region, advising clients and helping them to use banking products and services. The position requires a banking or commercial background, experience in customer service and good communication skills.
Job description
Tasks
- Cooperation in several branches in the region
- Reception and support of customers, orientation in the open space of the branch and training in the use of tools provided (in particular e-banking and ATMs)
- Identification of customer needs and potential, advice on various ongoing administration products or referral to specialized consultants
- Autonomous management of a cash register and ATMs
Requirements
- Banking or commercial training
- Experience in customer service, ideally at a financial institution
- Knowledge of basic banking products and services
- Good communication skills, commercial skills, team spirit, geographical mobility
- Perfect command of French and good knowledge of English (a plus)
