BCV is looking for a banking advisor for its Retail division to advise clients, identify their needs, and recommend suitable banking products. The position involves independently managing a cash desk and serving clients in several branches in the region.
Job description
We are looking for a new colleague for our Retail division:
Conseillère or Conseiller bancaire
Tasks:
- collaborate with several agencies in the region,
- Greet customers, show them around the open-plan agency, and instruct them in the use of the tools provided (in particular e-banking and ATMs).
- determine their needs and recognize their potential; recommend various products for routine management or refer them to a specialist advisor,
- independently manage a cash register and ATMs.
Requirements:
- vocational or commercial training,
- Experience in customer service, ideally at a financial institution,
- Knowledge of basic banking products and services,
- Communication skills, commercial aptitude, team spirit, geographical mobility,
- Perfect command of French and good knowledge of English.
