Conseillère or Conseiller bancaire

Tasks

  • Cooperation in several branches in the region
  • Reception of customers, orientation in the open area of the branch and training in the use of the tools provided (in particular e-banking and ATMs)
  • Determining the needs and recognizing the potential of customers, advising on various products for day-to-day administration or providing specialist advice
  • Autonomous management of a cash register and ATMs

Requirements

  • Banking or commercial training
  • Experience in customer service, ideally at a financial institution
  • Knowledge of basic banking products and services
  • Relational skills, commercial skills, team spirit, geographical mobility
  • Perfect command of French and good knowledge of English, an advantage
