Conseillère or Conseiller bancaire
Tasks
- Cooperation in several branches in the region
- Reception of customers, orientation in the open area of the branch and training in the use of the tools provided (in particular e-banking and ATMs)
- Determining the needs and recognizing the potential of customers, advising on various products for day-to-day administration or providing specialist advice
- Autonomous management of a cash register and ATMs
Requirements
- Banking or commercial training
- Experience in customer service, ideally at a financial institution
- Knowledge of basic banking products and services
- Relational skills, commercial skills, team spirit, geographical mobility
- Perfect command of French and good knowledge of English, an advantage
