Bank Advisor - Lausanne Area
Banque Cantonale Vaudoise (BCV) is seeking a Banking Advisor for the Lausanne region to advise and assist customers and handle a wide range of banking transactions. The ideal candidate will have training in banking, experience in customer service, and a good command of French and English.
Tasks
- Work with several agencies in the region
- Greet customers, guide them through the branch’s open-concept space, and train them on how to use the tools provided (including ATMs and online banking)
- Determine their needs and identify their potential, advise them on various day-to-day management products, or refer them to a specialist advisor.
- Independently manage a cash register and vending machines
Requirements
- Banking or commercial
- Experience in customer service, ideally at a financial institution
- A thorough understanding of banks' products and services
- Interpersonal skills, business acumen, team spirit, geographic mobility
- Fluent in French, good knowledge of English
