Individual customer advisor
Banque Cantonale Vaudoise (BCV) is looking for a Conseillere or Conseiller Clientèle Individuelle for its Retail Division to manage and develop a portfolio of clients and advise clients on various financial matters. The ideal candidate will have training in banking, experience in client management, and a good knowledge of Swiss banking products and services.
Tasks
- Managing and proactively developing a portfolio of customers
- Advising clients on matters relating to ongoing management, investment, real estate financing, and retirement planning
- Active participation in sales campaigns
- Collaboration in identifying and acquiring new clients for private banking customers and companies
Requirements
- Banking or commercial training
- Several years of experience in managing a portfolio of individual banking clients
- Knowledge of Swiss banking products and services, supplemented by SAQ certification as an "advisor for individual clients" (an advantage)
- Commercial acumen, results orientation, autonomy, and organizational discipline
- Fluent in French, good knowledge of English
