Vos missions

• Manage a portfolio of distressed loans, using a divestment or forced liquidation strategy, in compliance with laws, rules, and internal guidelines, with the aim of achieving restructuring and recovery objectives.
• Activate and optimize the realization of real estate guarantees, in particular by encouraging private sales, so as to avoid repossession by the bank, in compliance with compliance rules.
• Identify economic opportunities for divestment by prioritizing transactional solutions that respect the bank's legitimate interests and compliance rules.
• Ensure backup support in the processing of requests from debt collection and bankruptcy offices.
• Represent the bank and defend its interests before judicial authorities (courts, justices of the peace, debt collection and bankruptcy offices, etc.).
• Contribute to the training process for employees by involving them in credit portfolio management, sharing your knowledge and interpersonal skills with them.
• Ensure the bank's image is maintained in both professional and private spheres.

Votre profil

• In-depth knowledge of the LP (Law on Debt Collection and Bankruptcy),
• Experience in a debt collection and bankruptcy office, obtaining a certificate of general training in debt collection and bankruptcy enforcement.
• Holder of a federal certificate as an expert in debt collection and bankruptcy law would be an asset.
• Perfect command of the French language (spoken and written),
• Knowledge of English and/or German would be an asset.
