SME Advisor – Head of Department
The position of SME Advisor or Head of Department at BCV involves managing a team of assistants, developing a portfolio of SME clients, and advising these clients on financial services. The ideal candidate will have a higher education degree, experience in corporate finance, and excellent communication and analytical skills.
Tasks
- Manage a team of assistant advisors and advisors
- Manage and develop a portfolio of small and medium-sized business clients and advise them by offering services and products
- Manage and develop the portfolio in conjunction with innovation and participate in activities related to this client base
- Review budget requests
- Prepare financing documents by identifying any risk factors
- Manage administrative follow-up
- Work closely with the natural business introducers—the advisors from other client segments
Requirements
- Higher education
- Experience in the field of corporate finance
- Proficiency in standard computer tools
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, analytical skills, risk management, customer focus, and a drive for performance
- Proficiency in French, as well as knowledge of English and German
