Job description

For our Business Division, we are looking for a: SME Advisor in Lausanne – Department Head

Tasks

Your main responsibilities:

• manage a team of assistant advisors and advisors,
• manage and develop a portfolio of SME clients and advise them by offering BCV services and products,
• manage and develop the portfolio in connection with innovation and participate in activities related to this client base,
• analyze credit applications,
• prepare financing files by identifying any risk factors,
• manage administrative follow-up,
• work closely with natural business introducers, such as advisors in other customer segments.

Requirements

Your profile:

• higher education,
• experience in the field of corporate finance,
• proficiency in standard computer tools,
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, analytical skills, risk management, customer focus, and a drive for performance,
• Native French speaker with knowledge of English and German.
