Banque Cantonale Vaudoise (BCV) is seeking an SME Advisor to serve as Head of Department for its Corporate Division in Lausanne. The role involves leading a team, managing and developing a portfolio of SME clients, as well as analyzing loan applications and developing financing solutions.

For our Business Division, we are looking for a: SME Advisor in Lausanne – Department HeadTasks
Your main responsibilities:- manage a team of assistant advisors and advisors,
- manage and develop a portfolio of SME clients and advise them by offering BCV services and products,
- manage and develop the portfolio in connection with innovation and participate in activities related to this client base,
- analyze credit applications,
- prepare financing files by identifying any risk factors,
- manage administrative follow-up,
- work closely with natural business introducers, such as advisors in other customer segments.
Requirements
Your profile:- higher education,
- experience in the field of corporate finance,
- proficiency in standard computer tools,
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, analytical skills, risk management, customer focus, and a drive for performance,
- Native French speaker with knowledge of English and German.
