SME Advisor in Lausanne - Department Head
The position of SME Advisor in Lausanne involves leading a team of advisors and providing support to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) on behalf of BCV. The incumbent will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of clients and loans, as well as maintaining close collaboration with other departments.
Vos missions principales
- manage a team of assistant advisors and advisors,
- manage and develop a portfolio of small and medium-sized business clients and advise them by offering services and products,
- manage and develop the loan portfolio related to innovation and participate in activities related to this client base,
- analyze credit applications,
- prepare financing files by identifying any risk factors,
- manage administrative follow-up,
- work closely with natural business introducers, such as advisors in other customer segments.
Votre profil
- higher education,
- experience in the field of corporate finance,
- proficiency in standard computer tools,
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, analytical skills, risk management, customer focus, and a drive for performance,
- Native French speaker with knowledge of English and German.
