SME Advisor in Lausanne - Department Head

Tasks

• manage a team of assistant advisors and advisors,
• Manage and develop a portfolio of clients (SMEs) and advise them by offering services and products,
• manage and develop the portfolio in conjunction with innovation and participate in activities related to this customer segment,
• analyze loan applications,
• prepare the financing documents by identifying all risk factors,
• monitor administrative follow-up,
• work closely with natural business partners, such as consultants serving other client categories.

Requirements

• higher education,
• Experience in corporate finance,
• Proficiency in standard computer programs,
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, analytical thinking, risk awareness, customer focus, and a commitment to performance,
• Native French speaker with knowledge of English and German.
