SME Advisor in Lausanne - Department Head

The position of SME Advisor in Lausanne involves managing a team of assistants, developing a portfolio of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and advising these clients on financial products and services. The ideal candidate will have a college degree, experience in corporate finance, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Vos missions principales

  • manage a team of assistant advisors and advisors,
  • manage and develop a portfolio of small and medium-sized business clients and advise them by offering services and products,
  • manage and develop the loan portfolio related to innovation and participate in activities related to this client base,
  • analyze credit applications,
  • prepare financing files by identifying any risk factors,
  • manage administrative follow-up,
  • work closely with natural business introducers, such as advisors in other customer segments.

Votre profil

  • experience in the field of corporate finance,
  • proficiency in standard computer tools,
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, analytical skills, risk management, customer focus, and a drive for performance,
  • Native French speaker with knowledge of English and German.
