SME Advisor, Lausanne – Department Head

Tasks

• manage a team of assistants and consultants,
• Manage and develop a portfolio of SME clients and advise them by offering services and products,
• manage and develop the portfolio in conjunction with innovation and participate in activities related to this client base,
• Analyzing loan applications,
• Prepare the financing dossiers by identifying all risk factors,
• Management of administrative records,
• close collaboration with business partners who serve as natural advisors in other customer segments.

Requirements

• higher education,
• Experience in corporate finance,
• Proficiency in standard computer tools,
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, analytical skills, risk awareness, customer focus, and a commitment to performance,
• Native French speaker with knowledge of English and German.
