SME Advisor, Lausanne – Department Head
Banque Cantonale Vaudoise (BCV) is seeking an experienced SME Advisor in Lausanne to lead a team and manage and develop a portfolio of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The ideal candidate will have a college degree, experience in corporate finance, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Tasks
- manage a team of assistants and consultants,
- Manage and develop a portfolio of SME clients and advise them by offering services and products,
- manage and develop the portfolio in conjunction with innovation and participate in activities related to this client base,
- Analyzing loan applications,
- Prepare the financing dossiers by identifying all risk factors,
- Management of administrative records,
- close collaboration with business partners who serve as natural advisors in other customer segments.
Requirements
- higher education,
- Experience in corporate finance,
- Proficiency in standard computer tools,
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, analytical skills, risk awareness, customer focus, and a commitment to performance,
- Native French speaker with knowledge of English and German.
