Specialized SME Consultant (female or male)

Tasks

• Manage and develop a portfolio of SME and commercial real estate clients in the region and advise them by offering BCV's solutions and services
• Actively reaching out to companies in the region and engaging with business communities
• Take full advantage of the bank's internal network to deliver the greatest possible value to your customers
• develop financing solutions while identifying risk factors and working closely with credit analysts and real estate experts
• help other team members improve, particularly by sharing knowledge and experience

Requirements

• Advanced banking education or higher education (HES, HEC, etc.)
• Extensive experience in financing and global consulting for companies and real estate professionals
• In-depth knowledge of the local economic fabric and involvement in community life
• a clear focus on the customer, proactivity, and a service-oriented approach
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; results-oriented
