Job description
Conseillère or Conseiller PME specialized (Gros-de-Vaud)Tasks
- Manage and develop a portfolio of SME clients and advise them by proposing BCV services and products,
- actively acquire companies in the region,
- Work closely with the business initiators, the consultants in the other customer segments,
- Be proactive and adapt personal contacts to the customer's needs,
- Process loan applications and prepare financing dossiers while identifying risk elements.
Requirements
- higher education,
- confirmed experience in corporate finance and portfolio management for clients in Switzerland,
- in-depth knowledge of the local economic fabric and involvement in social life,
- excellent communication and negotiation skills, autonomy, strong customer focus.
