Private Banking Advisor - Lausanne

Vos missions principales

• Manage and retain a portfolio of existing customers
• Prospect and acquire new customers through your network
• Provide information and advice to clients in the areas of retirement planning, taxation, estate planning, and real estate financing
• Understand and comply with the legal framework in order to minimize operational and legal risks
• Work closely with the natural business referrers—namely, advisors from other client segments

Votre profil

• Higher education (university or equivalent) with a curriculum focused on economics (HEC agreement)
• Proven experience in the field of wealth management, comprehensive advisory services, and/or retirement planning for clients domiciled in Switzerland
• Interpersonal skills that enable you to manage the entire customer lifecycle, from prospecting to business transfer
• Solid technical knowledge in tax, legal, and financial matters, supplemented by the SAQ "Wealth Management Advisor CWMMA" certification—a plus
• In-depth knowledge of the economic landscape of the Canton of Vaud and the specific characteristics of the Lausanne region, complemented by the SAQ “Wealth Management Advisor CWMMA” certification, is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills, a keen business sense, and a genuine understanding of customer needs
• Fluent in French and very good knowledge of English (C1 level)
