Online Trading Customer Service Representative - Tradedirect

Your responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist our Tradedirect clients through various communication channels (phone, email, chat, social media, etc.)
  • Serve as the product manager for TradeDirect, supporting internal and external customers with their trading activities
  • Help customers with technical issues, explain how the product works (navigating the iOS and Android apps, using the tools on the website), and assist in resolving customer complaints
  • Identify commercial opportunities and provide support to customers and prospects (prospect follow-up, welcome calls, etc.)
  • Perform the administrative tasks related to the activity

Your profile:

  • Business training (experience in the finance/banking industry is a plus)
  • In addition to your native language, French, you have a very good command of German (knowledge of English and Swiss German is a plus)
  • You are interested in the financial markets, the stock market, and new digital channels
  • You have a strong commitment to customer service, enjoy interacting with customers, and are a team player
  • You are eager to learn and determined
  • You are proficient in standard computer tools (PC, Mac, Word, Excel, iPhone/Android smartphones, etc.) and are interested in new technologies
