Customer service advisor - Digital orientation
Banque Cantonale Vaudoise (BCV) is seeking a customer service advisor with a focus on digital solutions to assist and advise customers on the use of digital banking solutions. The ideal candidate has experience in selling digital solutions, a solid understanding of IT and digital tools, and excellent communication skills.
Tasks
- promote and advise our clients on our digital banking solutions
- analyze our clients' needs and recommend the appropriate digital tools
- support our clients in using and adopting digital tools (mobile apps, online banking, etc.)
- Resolve technical issues related to digital products and tools in collaboration with the IT teams
- Collect customer feedback to improve the user experience
- serve as a specialist and provide second-level support for advisors at the Advisory Center as well as for BCV more broadly
Requirements
- Education in the field of computer science or digital technology, or a CFC (Federal Certificate of Proficiency) as a commercial clerk or equivalent, with a particular interest in digital technology and computer science
- experience in consulting or sales of digital solutions
- Excellent computer skills and an interest in new technologies
- familiarity with digital tools
- knowledge of ticket management systems and customer support tools
- knowledge of payment and collection standards and solutions, as well as multi-bank management (PAIN, SEPA, CAMT, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Your customer service skills, active listening, and ability to solve problems effectively
- Diligence, organization, and prioritization
- analytical and synthesis skills to resolve incidents quickly
- Fluency in French and very good spoken and written English; knowledge of an additional language is a plus, ideally German
