Customer service advisor - Digital orientation
Banque Cantonale Vaudoise (BCV) is seeking a customer service advisor with a focus on digital solutions to assist and advise customers on the use of digital banking solutions. The ideal candidate has experience in selling digital solutions, strong knowledge of IT and digital tools, and excellent communication skills.
Tasks
* Promote and advise our customers on our digital banking solutions, * Analyze our customers' needs and recommend appropriate digital tools, * Assist our customers in using and implementing digital tools (mobile apps, online banking, etc.), * Resolve technical issues in collaboration with IT teams, * Collect customer feedback to improve the user experience, * Serve as a specialist and second-level support for the advisory center’s consultants and BCV in general.Requirements
* A degree in computer science or digital studies, or a CFC certification as a retail sales associate or equivalent, with a particular interest in digital technology and computer science, * Experience in consulting or sales of digital solutions, * Very good knowledge of computer tools and curiosity about new technologies, * Knowledge of digital tools, * Knowledge of ticket management systems and customer support tools, * Knowledge of payment and deposit standards as well as multi-bank management (PAIN, SEPA, CAMT, etc.), * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, * Customer focus, active listening, and the ability to solve problems efficiently, * Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage priorities, * Analytical and synthesis skills to resolve incidents quickly, * Fluency in French and very good written and verbal English; knowledge of another language is a plus, ideally German.We offer
