Customer service advisor - Digital orientation
Banque Cantonale Vaudoise (BCV) is seeking a Customer Service Advisor specializing in digital solutions to assist and advise customers on the use of digital banking services. The ideal candidate has experience in digital solutions, strong IT skills and knowledge of digital tools, as well as excellent communication skills.
Tasks
- Promote and advise our customers on our digital banking solutions
- Analyzing our customers' needs and recommending the appropriate digital tools
- Supporting our customers in using and adopting digital tools (mobile apps, online banking, etc.)
- Resolving technical issues related to digital products and tools in collaboration with the IT teams
- Collecting customer feedback to improve the user experience
- They serve as specialists and provide second-level support for the consultants at the Advisory Center and for the BCV in general
Requirements
- Education in computer science or digital technology, or a CFC certification as a retail sales associate, or equivalent, with a particular interest in digital technology and computer science
- Experience in consulting or sales of digital solutions
- Excellent proficiency with computer tools and a curiosity about new technologies
- Knowledge of digital tools
- Knowledge of ticket management systems and customer support tools
- Knowledge of payment and deposit standards as well as multi-bank management (PAIN, SEPA, CAMT, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Customer focus, active listening, and the ability to solve problems efficiently
- Accuracy, organization, and prioritization
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve incidents quickly
- Fluency in French and very good written and spoken English; knowledge of another language is a plus, ideally German
