Customer service advisor - Digital orientation
Banque Cantonale Vaudoise (BCV) is looking for a customer service advisor with a focus on digital technology to support and advise customers on the use of digital banking solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in selling digital solutions, a good knowledge of digital tools, and excellent communication skills.
Tasks
- promote and advise our clientele on our digital banking solutions,
- analyze our clients' needs and recommend the appropriate digital tools,
- Support our customers in the use and adoption of digital tools (mobile applications, e-banking, etc.).
- resolve technical issues related to digital products and tools in collaboration with IT teams,
- enter customer feedback in order to improve the user experience,
- Act as a specialist and second-level support for advisors at the Advisory Center and BCV in general.
Requirements
- training in the field of IT or digital technology or a commercial employee certificate or equivalent with a particular interest in digital technology and IT,
- experience in consulting or selling digital solutions,
- Very good command of IT tools and curiosity about new technologies.
- knowledge of digital tools,
- knowledge of ticket management systems and customer support tools,
- knowledge of payment/collection standards and solutions, as well as multi-bank management (PAIN, SEPA, CAMT, etc.),
- excellent communication skills, both written and oral,
- customer service skills, active listening, and ability to solve problems effectively,
- rigor, organization, and management of priorities,
- analytical and synthesis skills to resolve incidents quickly,
- Perfect command of French and very good spoken and written English; an additional language is an asset, ideally German.
