Conseiller/ère à la clientèle prestations de base à 100%Tasks
- Management of reception and handling of current client requests
- Suivi et développement actif d'un portefeuille clients
- Development of personalized solutions adapted to individual needs on topics such as payment methods, digital solutions, pensions and savings plans in investment funds
- Collaboration with specialist advisors in the context of specific advisory services (placements, financing and pensions)
- Collaboration with market research initiatives and representation tasks
Requirements
- Formation bancaire complète achevée
- Confirmed experience in the field and in Switzerland of at least 3 years
- Good knowledge of the local economic tissue is indispensable
- Domiciliation dans la région, un atout
- Good esprit d'analyse et capacité à anticiper les besoins
- Doté-e d'un sens prononcé en communication et d'un esprit entrepreneurial confirmé
- Aptitudes à la négociation et assistance dans les relations humaines
- Très bonnes capacités organizationnelles afin de garantir des hauts standards de qualité
- Intérêt manifeste pour le travail en équipe tout en cultivant un esprit d'initiative
