Customer Support Advisor
Banque Cantonale Neuchâteloise (BCN) is looking for a Customer Support Advisor to advise customers on payment transactions, savings, investments, and pensions, and to develop the customer base. Job description
Tasks
- Advising customers on basic services such as payment transactions, savings, investments, and retirement planning
- Participation in the development of the private client portfolio
- Responding to all spontaneous customer inquiries
Requirements
- Apprenticeship as a commercial clerk, ideally in a banking environment
- Initial experience in a customer-facing role required
- Native language French, knowledge of German and/or English (at least B1)
- Driver's license and vehicle available (in case of replacement at another location)
