Customer Support Advisor

Banque Cantonale Neuchâteloise (BCN) is looking for a Customer Support Advisor to advise customers on payment transactions, savings, investments, and pensions, and to develop the customer base. The position is a full-time role based in Cernier, offering attractive working conditions and opportunities for development.

Job description

Tasks

  • Advising customers on basic services such as payment transactions, savings, investments, and retirement planning
  • Participation in the development of the private client portfolio
  • Responding to all spontaneous customer inquiries

Requirements

  • Apprenticeship as a commercial clerk, ideally in a banking environment
  • Initial experience in a customer-facing role required
  • Native language French, knowledge of German and/or English (at least B1)
  • Driver's license and vehicle available (in case of replacement at another location)
