Banque Cantonale Neuchâteloise is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to assist and advise customers with their banking transactions. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing customer service, assisting with digital banking services, and performing administrative tasks.

- Respond to all unsolicited customer inquiries
- Supporting customers with digital banking solutions
- Participate in internal audits and inventories
- Ensure the proper operation of ATMs and cash services
- Perform various administrative tasks related to the position
- Help train apprentices and new employees
Compétences et aptitudes professionnelles
- Commercial Employee Certificate (CFC), ideally in the banking sector
- First successful experience in a customer-facing role
- Proficiency in consulting and sales activities
- Skills in oral and written communication
- Fluency in French and proficiency in a foreign language (German and/or English)
- Driver's license and vehicle provided (in case of reassignment to another location)
