Customer Support Advisor

Tâches principales

  • Respond to all unsolicited customer inquiries
  • Supporting customers with digital banking solutions
  • Participate in internal audits and inventories
  • Ensure the proper operation of ATMs and cash services
  • Perform various administrative tasks related to the position
  • Help train apprentices and new employees

Compétences et aptitudes professionnelles

  • Commercial Employee Certificate (CFC), ideally in the banking sector
  • First successful experience in a customer-facing role
  • Proficiency in consulting and sales activities
  • Skills in oral and written communication
  • Fluency in French and proficiency in a foreign language (German and/or English)
  • Driver's license and vehicle provided (in case of reassignment to another location)
