BCN Community Bank is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to assist and advise customers with their banking needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing customer service, assisting with digital banking solutions, and performing administrative tasks.

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative.Tâches principales
- Respond to all unsolicited inquiries or those from clients
- Supporting customers with digital banking solutions
- Participate in internal audits and inventories
- Ensure the proper operation of ATMs and cash services
- Perform various administrative tasks related to the position
- Help train apprentices and new employees
Compétences et aptitudes professionnelles
- Commercial Employee Certificate (CFC), ideally in the banking sector
- First successful experience in a customer-facing role
- Proficiency in consulting and sales activities
- Skills in oral and written communication
- Fluency in French and proficiency in a foreign language (German and/or English)
- Driver's license and vehicle provided (in case of reassignment to another location)
