Conseiller-ère bancaire 60%

Tasks

  • Taking over internal clients in the areas of law, assets and pensions
  • Management and development of the internal client portfolio in compliance with applicable guidelines and regulations
  • Ensuring contact with internal customers due to the special nature of these customers (securities transactions, relocations, etc.)
  • Active application of the concept of banking law compliance and combating money laundering
  • Effective and fast processing of internal customers' appointment requests
  • Performing other administrative tasks associated with the role

Requirements

Professional skills and experience

  • Federal diploma as a financial advisor (IAF) or higher education in banking and finance
  • At least 3 years of experience as a customer advisor in Switzerland
  • improved knowledge of German and/or English (B1)
