Job description
Tasks
- Gérer, fidéliser et développer un portefeuille de clientèle hypothécaire et Comptes et Cartes - Prévoyance - Hypothèque et Immobilier - Emprunter - Investir
- L'épargne and la prévoyance
- Assure a follow-up of the dossiers (renouvellement, reporting CRM, documentation de base, etc.)
- Négocier et argumenter autour des conditions financières
- Maintenir le lien en organizant des rendez-vous réguliers avec le client
- Renseigner sur les prestations bancaires en général et promouvoir les offres que propose la banque
Requirements
- Formation commerciale complétée par un diplôme supérieur (économiste bancaire, IAF or HEG), terminé ou en cours
- Experience with client advice of at least 2 years, acquired in Switzerland
- Fort intérêt pour la finance
- Connaissance du marché local
- De langue maternelle française, vous maîtrisez idéalement l'anglais et/ou l'allemand au niveau B2
