Tâches principales

• A holistic approach to clients' financial situations—social security, insurance, taxes, and wealth management
• Customer Relationship Management: Planning, Monitoring, Adaptation, Support, and Consulting
• Actively and empathetically listening to customers in order to meet their needs and build customer loyalty
• Close collaboration with the canton's client advisors on tax matters
• Contribution to the continuous improvement of the planning team's processes and tools
• Participation in customer awareness and training events
• Active support in the development of advisors' portfolios to strengthen their expertise and provide targeted advice
• Contribution to the Compliance of Various Tasks
• Occasional appearances at customer events

Compétences et aptitudes professionnelles

• Education with a specialization in taxation or finance, or a graduate degree
• At least 5 years of proven experience in taxation
• Solid knowledge of tax law, particularly regarding issues specific to individuals, businesses, and estate planning
• A strong interest in financial planning issues
• Expertise in wealth transfer, including financial, tax, and estate planning
• Excellent writing skills in French, with proficiency in German and English at the B2 level
