Tâches principales

  • Serve as the first point of contact to provide information or assist customers over the phone
  • Active consulting and sales of the product line
  • Provide information, support, and actively collaborate with other departments within the bank

Compétences et aptitudes professionnelles

  • Training in the commercial field (CFC in commercial administration or equivalent)
  • Experience in the financial sector or several years of experience in a call center
  • Proficiency in consulting and sales activities
  • Skills in oral and written communication
  • Fluency in French and proficiency in at least one foreign language (German, English, etc.)
