Customer Service Representative

Tâches principales

  • Serve as the first point of contact to provide information or assist customers over the phone
  • Active consulting and sales of the product line
  • Provide information, offer support, and actively collaborate with the bank’s other departments

Compétences et aptitudes professionnelles

  • Training in the field of business (CFC in Business Administration or equivalent)
  • Experience in the financial sector or several years of experience in a call center
  • Proficiency in consulting and sales
  • Oral and written communication skills
  • Fluency in French and at least one foreign language (German, English, etc.)
