Customer Service Representative
BCN is looking for a full-time (100%) customer service representative in Colombier who will assist customers via digital channels and by phone and support sales promotion efforts. Candidates must have commercial training and experience in the finance or sales field.

Tâches principales
- Respond to inquiries about our banking products, particularly through our digital channels
- Receive requests by phone and/or email
- Forward identified sales opportunities to a customer service representative
- Advise and guide prospective and/or existing customers regarding the distribution of our products
Compétences et aptitudes professionnelles
- Business training (CFC in Business Administration or a higher-level degree)
- Experience in the financial sector or several years of experience in back-office operations, or in sales and marketing
- Strengths: Oral and written communication skills
