Private Client Advisor (f/m) 80–100%

Job Description

• For our Locarno office, we are looking for a private banking advisor (m/f) with strong skills in advising and developing individual clients in the High Net Worth/Mass Affluent and Private Business Banking segments.

Key Aspects of the Role

• Developing and managing the business strategy for customer relationships and monitoring results using the Customer Relationship Management methodology.
• Preparation and drafting of financial and investment plans.
• Coordination and follow-up of financial restructuring processes with internal support functions.
• Promote cross-selling with other business units.
• Involvement in customer management.

Requirements

• A bachelor's or master's degree, or equivalent professional experience in the banking or financial sector.
• At least five years of experience in client advisory roles.
• A solid understanding of the financial market and investment strategies.
• Communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in Italian and German; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
