Tasks
The Customer Service Center supports the Sidera Refinery, the logistics plant headquarters. Its role is to provide back-office support for managing delivery schedules. Our team, made up of motivated, dynamic individuals with strong communication skills who will serve as Customer Service Center Consultants, focuses on fostering collaboration and a stimulating work environment both with customers and within the team.Requirements
- Diploma in post-compulsory banking education with a blended learning format
- SAQ Cliente Più Certification (Advanced Basic Consulting)
- Native Italian speaker with fluent French
