Requirements
- Diploma in banking or equivalent training
- Certification SAQ Private customers (preferred)
- Good knowledge of a second language (already adequate)
- Orientation towards customers and assistance
- Expertise in cross-up selling
- Entrepreneurial personality with excellent relational skills and strong customer and sales orientation
