Requirements

• A professional team with experience in banking-related management consulting on a national level
• Knowledge of managing relationships with companies and structuring financing solutions as well as advising companies globally
• Analytical skills and the ability to interpret balance sheet data
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, especially in managing business relationships
• Entrepreneurial spirit, empathy and strong customer focus
• Knowledge of the Ticino market and its economic dynamics
