Requirements
- Professional experience in banking-related management consulting at national level
- Knowledge of managing relationships with companies and structuring financing solutions as well as advising companies globally
- Analytical skills and the ability to interpret balance sheet data
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, especially in managing business relationships
- Entrepreneurial spirit, empathy and strong customer focus
- Knowledge of the Ticino market and its economic dynamics
