Job description

Tasks

• Performing complex valuations for various residential and commercial properties, including those with unique or specialized features.
• Analysis of properties and preparation/validation of valuations independently, using static and dynamic valuation methods. Preparation of valuation reports.
• Review of key figures in comparison with market data to check plausibility.
• Real estate inspections.
• Research on real estate sales, market and economic factors that influence real estate values.
• Update industry trends, regulations and best practices to ensure the quality of the valuation team and compliance with industry standards and guidelines.
• Review valuation reports to ensure they meet the company's quality standards, client requirements and regulatory guidelines.
• Work with internal and external customers to gather relevant information and answer questions related to valuations.
• Contribution to the continuous improvement of assessment processes and methods.
• Assist in maintaining accurate and organized assessment records and files.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in real estate valuation in French-speaking Switzerland.
• Familiarity with local real estate markets and economic trends that influence real estate values (French-speaking Switzerland, focus on the Germanic region and mountain regions).
• Completion of real estate-specific further training, e.g: MAS Real Estate, CAS, Bundesfachwirt.
• Good presentation skills and perfect command of MS Office.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in French and English, good knowledge of German would be an advantage.
