Contabile Junior

* Place of work: Switzerland, Ticino, Lugano * Sector: Banking * Function: Accounting / Banking / Finance

Tasks

• Reconciliations of a daily and periodic nature of the corresponding banks and custodian banks (including foreign exchange);
• Notification of the responsible departments of outstanding amounts and verification of timely processing;
• Management of complaints and requests for information from and to corresponding banks in connection with outstanding amounts;
• Various accounting entries;
• Management of the passive cycle (recording of invoices, management of incoming payments and creation of cost reports);
• Archiving of documents.

Requirements

• Diploma as a commercial employee with Matura;
• Native Italian speaker, good knowledge of English and at least one other national language;
• Good reporting and IT skills (especially Office package);
• Operational speed and learning ability, accuracy and discretion;
• Strong team player;
• Motivation, proactivity and good organizational skills;
• Resident in Ticino.
