Tasks

Serve as a generalist with in-depth knowledge of compliance and risk.

• Implement and monitor controls for ad hoc confidentiality obligations and staff self-certifications; manage exceptions through investigation and follow-up until resolution
• Proactive assessment of compliance risks by reviewing adherence to conflict-of-interest rules and personal trading restrictions
• Preparing and presenting periodic reports on audit findings, issue tracking, and progress in addressing deficiencies to compliance leadership and relevant oversight committees

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (preferably in law, economics, business administration, or a banking-related field)
• Professional certification or a degree in compliance would be an advantage
• Several years of experience in a compliance, risk, or audit role
• A strong personality with good organizational and operational skills and the ability to work under pressure
• An independent, efficient, and meticulous approach to work
• Solution-oriented, with strong analytical skills and a deep sense of integrity and discretion
• Perseverance and tenacity
• Proficiency in MS Office and an affinity for IT
• Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
