The Julius Baer Group is seeking a Control Execution Support Specialist for a 9-month assignment. The ideal candidate will act as a generalist with a deep understanding of compliance and risk, implementing and monitoring controls. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree, has experience in compliance, risk, or audit, and possesses strong organizational and analytical skills.
Job description
Control Execution Support 100% (f/m/d) - Temporary (9 months)Tasks
- Implement and monitor controls for ad hoc confidentiality obligations and employee self-certifications; investigate and track exceptions until they are resolved
- Proactive assessment of compliance risks by reviewing adherence to conflict-of-interest rules and personal trading restrictions
- Preparation and presentation of periodic reports on audit findings, issue reports, and progress in addressing deficiencies to compliance management and relevant oversight committees
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in law, economics, business administration, or a banking-related field)
- Professional certification or a degree in compliance would be an advantage
- Several years of experience in a compliance, risk, or audit role
- A strong personality with good organizational and operational skills and the ability to work under pressure
- An independent, efficient, and meticulous approach to work
- Solution-oriented, with strong analytical skills and a deep sense of integrity and discretion
- Stamina and perseverance
