Management Controller – Focus on Revenue

Tasks

Your main responsibilities:

• Take responsibility for the analytical accounting processes related to the bank's revenue
• Organize and execute the monthly financial closings for the profit centers through to the analysis of the results to ensure their quality
• Maintaining principles, rules, procedures, and controls
• Conducting projects in the area of analytical revenue accounting, particularly to support the management of SAP R/3 obsolescence (EC-PCA), and participating in the budgeting and financial planning process for the bank and its business units
• Development of analytical accounting for revenue and its tools in conjunction with the development of the bank and its business units, taking best practices into account

Requirements

Your profile:

• Federal Diploma as a Finance and Accounting Specialist, Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or equivalent qualification
• Proven experience (5–10 years) in the field of analytical accounting for banking revenue
• Proficiency in IT tools: SAP R/3 module EC-PCA (ideally SAP S/4), Excel (VBA, Power Query), Access, databases (Oracle, Essbase)
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, analytical skills, and a focus on results
• A positive and dynamic individual with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
