DZ PRIVATBANK is seeking a Controller (m/f/d) for its Human Resources department in Frankfurt am Main, focusing on controlling, analysis, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a university degree in business administration and experience in human resources controlling.
Tasks
- Analysis, Processing, and Reporting
- Processing inquiries from management
- Support, implementation, and further development of the bank's human resources functions
- Monitoring the annual budget
- Analysis of Personnel Costs and Requirements
- Support and preparation of the annual personnel cost planning
- Preparation of regulatory reports
- Further Development / Digitalization / Internal Process Optimization
- Participation in HR-related projects
Requirements
- You have successfully completed a college degree in business administration or a comparable degree (possibly with a focus on business/controlling), or you have completed comparable training or, ideally, have several years of professional experience
- You have very strong practical skills in Excel and SAP, and ideally also in creating dashboards
- Knowledge of personnel controlling
