The position of COO Asia Business Management Analyst involves the following responsibilities:

• Responsibility for managing the operational and administrative aspects of a business unit
• Management of cross-functional projects and implementation of the business unit strategy
• Preparation of key reports and presentations
• Coordination of events and management of business-specific processes

KEY FEATURES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

The position involves the following key responsibilities:

• Work with and support the Head of COO Asia Business Management in the following areas:
  • SME for Processes and Tools: Improving and Optimizing Processes at COO Asia
  • Run-the-Bank: Support for the implementation of projects, policies, and regulatory requirements
  • Change-the-Bank: Management and execution of projects to implement the bank’s/COO’s strategy
  • Reporting: Preparation of reports on account opening, name screening, KYC, and other matters
  • COO Asia Management Support: Support in planning and implementing the COO Asia strategy
